Why is advice so important? TS: Flour treatment is a very complex topic, so our customers come to us with all manner of different problems. It's not enough just to sell a product and then leave the customer to fend for himself. We take a different approach. Whenever a customer sends us an inquiry we look at the entire production process from purchase of raw materials through the milling technology used to processing of the flour to make the end product.
