Law-Denis Engineering Ltd., Peterborough,
United Kingdom, recently commissioned phase 2 of
one of the largest, most sophisticated grain storage
facilities in the Baltic region.
Phase 1 included four 150-tph truck intake systems, a 150-tph cleaner, an 80-tph continuous dryer,
1,600 tonnes of wet storage, 12,500 tonnes of dry
storage and five vehicle loading facilities.
Phase 2 is comprised of an additional 12,500
tonnes of dry storage and a 150-tph rail loading
facility. The entire plant is monitored by CCTV, PCcontrolled with modem links to the U.K. for observation, programming and troubleshooting.

LEONHARD BREITENBACH GmbH increased its
production capacity with the November 2006 installation of a new, fully CNC-controlled machining center.
This followed the installation of another new CNC
grinding machine in October 2003 and the opening of
a new production hall in 2002.
As international markets made roll quality a greater
priority, evidence of the strength of the original BREITENBACH roll products, like TM Selfsurfacing, flaking
rolls for oil milling (Indefinite Chilled Cast Iron) and
High Quality TR Vb cracking rolls for cereal and oil milling, became obvious. These sophisticated roll materials
are original BREITENBACH inventions, and they are still
market leaders due to improved manufacturing and
material technology.

The user receives the advantage of better grinding
and flaking behavior of BREITENCACH's rolls, increased
operation performance and - in the long run - a
longer lifespan and less maintenance cost.
