since 1992. Its patented vibration dampening
technology - for capacities up to 60 tph
- drastically reduces cereal and pulse tempering
time. Minimal kW consumption, significant
economies due to reduced building space, as
well as less bacterial growth characterize the
performance of this system.
The clean design and optimized vibration
force allow up to 12% water addition in one
pass. This scientifically proven method ensures
an increase in total yield and bright flours. The
German Federal Cereal Research Institute as
well as machines in operation worldwide prove
optimal temper times to be 2 to 4 hours for
soft wheat and 6 to 9 hours for hard wheat. A
surplus of up to 1% total and up to 1.6% more
yield on white flour was proven when using
the optimal temper times. In feed processes,
vibronet improves flake quality and increases
gelatinization. In addition, vibration dampening
raises semolina output in corn and durum milling.
For easy online control, the patented vibronet
dampener can be easily combined with
the online moisture control and water dosage
VIB-MMS, the continuous throughput control
or scale VIB-TS/ VIB-SMW, and the online VIBSMC
temper time control.
